Have been using the DS-2400 for 7 years (I use 3 or 4 days a week) and it has served my Business needs well. Record button started sticking so decided eventually to get the DS-2500. Not sure what the difference is, maybe a little lighter? "Dictaphones" were competitive on price so purchased from them. I think that the cost is quite expensive (hence 4 not 5 stars) but everyone assures me that cheaper models will not suit my requirements and if this one lasts 7 years then that's OK with me. There was a minor hiccup with delivery which "Dictaphones" resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would be happy to deal with them again.
