I received my order the very next day, though it had been sent by normal post.
Though the device is way easier to use than my last voice recorder, there was a technical problem i had with it. I called for help and was given friendly and courteous advice ( as ever) from Speak-IT.
Though this didn't resolve the problem, I was given another number to call(the manufacturers I think).In the event,I didn't need to call them because I managed to work out a solution for myself, partly using the advice I was given during the call to the shop.
