For no known reason my computer 'lost' my Dictaphone software.  Went on the internet in search - found Speak-IT Solutions website. Spoke to a 'human', who confirmed what I was looking for.  Ordered Friday afternoon.  Parcel delivered 8.50 Monday morning.  ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE.  Would HIGHLY recommend
