I'm not using this exactly as it's designed for (although it works very well for that too) As a hearing aid wearer I've hung it behind my ear and it works much better than other options I've tried

I bought this recently having used the Speak-IT Premier Telephone Recorder mic,  which was fine however the earpiece was a bit large for my ear and uncomfortable for longer recordings. On this model there are three sizes of earpiece so I was able to swap and use the smallest one which was perfect. The mic is great to use, has a long lead and the sound is great. No complaints.

Great little device, very easy to set up and use. from a personal point of view not very comfortable to wear on long phone calls. I have found a little device that plugs into the phone line that is much better.
