We Repair All Dictation Machines
 
1. Call us on 0121 456 7800 or email us from here. Briefly describe the machine and fault to us for a possible initial diagnosis of the fault and next steps.( There is no charge for this service )
 
2. If you wish to send us the equipment that you require repairing or servicing , then please send to here
 
3. On receipt of the equipment, we will confirm by email or telephone that we have received the items. we will then assess the repair and call you to confirm the cost of the repair.
 
4. If the dictation equipment can be repaired and the cost is acceptable to you we will then make the repair and return the items back to you by post or courier.
 
5. If you choose not to go ahead with repairs, we can either return the equipment to you or dispose of at no charge (environmentally) postage charges will apply. If you would like us to call you please click here, or you can use our form below
