| No Breeding ground for germs The plastic housing of the Philips SpeechMike has been tested according to the high-quality standards of ISO 856: 2019 (effect of microorganisms on plastics). The test results showed that the plastic material of the SpeechMike Premium does not provide a breeding ground for germs and fungi. No growth was possible in 99.9995% of the germs due to the nature of the plastic. In other words, bacteria and fungi cannot feed on the plastic material itself and will therefore not breed. |
