Excellent service. Spoke twice to you and the advice you gave on the best machine for my needs and linking to my Nuance software was very helpful.  Also electronic payment problems I had at my end with my bank's systems were dealt with appropriately by Lee Ryan and I was able to pay over the 'phone via debit card.  Very efficient and I will certainly draw on your advice and services again with my future needs.
