Excellent service. Spoke twice to you and the advice you gave on the best machine for my needs and linking to my Nuance software was very helpful. Also electronic payment problems I had at my end with my bank's systems were dealt with appropriately by Lee Ryan and I was able to pay over the 'phone via debit card. Very efficient and I will certainly draw on your advice and services again with my future needs.

Use for medical annotations

ds3500 well made , great quality recordings

Expensive but it is great quality. Dragon loves it. Seems to have much better accuracy transcribing from this than from the dragon supplied mic. So its well worth the money for me.
